In April 2025 – A Journey of Planting Knowledge, Reaping Sustainability
April 2025 marked a meaningful milestone in the journey of training and developing human resources at Sakata Inx Vietnam Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “We”). In the context of a modern, dynamic working environment that requires constant adaptability, continuously updating knowledge and enhancing skills is a key factor for both individual and organizational sustainable growth. With that spirit, we successfully organized three knowledge-sharing sessions for employees across relevant departments, covering the following topics:
- Occupational Safety and Hygiene
- Sakata Inx Vietnam Policies
- Static Electricity
The first session kicked off in our Bac Ninh branch, focusing on Occupational Safety and Hygiene. This was an opportunity for employees to reinforce essential knowledge in risk prevention and incident response, aimed at ensuring compliance with both internal safety regulations and applicable laws. The key message conveyed throughout the training was: “Safety is not a choice – it is everyone’s responsibility”.
Beyond theoretical sharing, the session enhanced individual awareness and fostered a culture of safety throughout our entire production and operational system.
Sharing about Occupational Safety and Hygiene
Following that, we hosted a session on the Sakata Inx Vietnam Policies, which focused on conveying our operational principles, internal regulations, and the core elements of our sustainability framework. The topics covered included:
- ESG Standards (Environmental – Social – Governance)
- Basic Sustainability Policy
- Environmental Philosophy & Policy
- Basic Biodiversity Policy
- Health & Safety Policy
- Information Disclosure Policy
This session not only deepened employees' understanding of our corporate commitments but also emphasized the role each individual plays in maintaining transparency, ethical business conduct, and community engagement. It serves as a vital foundation for all staff to unite in pursuit of the organization's sustainable development goals and core values.
Sustainable development journey
The third session centered on the topic of Static Electricity. Through vivid practical examples and specific guidance, employees were equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills to identify, prevent, and handle static-related risks. The training emphasized that adhering to static electricity regulations not only protects equipment and products but, most importantly, ensures the safety of operators.
Static Electricity in the Production Environment
Three training sessions, three seemingly distinct topics—yet all aligned with one common goal: human development for organizational excellence. Through continuous learning initiatives, we reaffirm our commitment that “People are the heart of the organization.” Every piece of knowledge shared and every skill enhanced today lays the groundwork for a safe, sustainable, and promising future for our entire team.
